The Faceless: Their face is never seen, but we do get to see their arms when they stab Karin to death.Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: Has an inability to process or even understand ordinary human feelings, such as being unable to understand why Mariah wants to avenge her friends in the DLC or why Cabbage cares about possible victims coming to the cabin.They're shaken when Karin cuts up a drugged Gregor and leaves him to pass out from shock and blood loss on the couch, especially when she says she was going to keep him alive for at least a week. Even Evil Has Standards: They let the residents leave the cabin and either kill them before they can brave the flood waters, or wait for them to fail first before fetching the body.Apparently they've been doing this for years. Big Bad: They are revealed to be Evil All Along after completing the game, as according to the extended opening, they lured the companions into the cabin to cannibalize them.The ending where Mariah kills them refers to them as an "abnormal being," but this is not elaborated on further. Gifting them the box will get you their romance ending after you finish Chapter 27 and Lost Eidolons itself. If you give them the Memento Box before maxing out their rapport then you will have wasted your chance at a romance ending. To get the romance ending with one of the 6 romanceable characters, you will need to max out their rapport using gifts and then give them the Memento Box.
